Continue2ride Course
Graduates of our classes qualify for Motorcycle Insurance Discounts. The graduate card in combination with completing the DMV on-bike test may be accepted at military base safety offices.

Get street riding experience! Continue2ride is the course to take before you buy a motorcycle. After your Sunday ride on the street, you will know what kind of motorcycle to buy!

RENTAL REQUEST FORM and AGREEMENT
The Continue2ride motorcycle safety program is a 3-hour on-bike practice session plus a self-study on-street rental using our 250cc motorcycles. The program is geared to enhance applied street skills that are used in every day riding. The use of the 250cc motorcycles is designed to help facilitate the transition to street riding and to enhance your learner-time. Also, your first street rides will be on a familiar motorcycle!
If you are a returning rider and it has been some time since you have ridden, we recommend you take the first session of the Begin2ride Course. In this low stress environment, the instructor can evaluate you and place you in any appropriate session! We know this will increase your enjoyment of riding while decreasing the risk because your returning first street rides will be on a familiar motorcycle!
Continue2ride puts the reality into what it takes to manage your motorcycle on the street! You will learn to:
- Learn the difference between a pre-ride check and motorcycle maintenance
- Use signals while cornering and shifting
- Learn what to do if your bike begins to run out of fuel
- Learn how to determine and maintain your space cushion in crossing traffic
- Practice surmounting obstacles and swerving, and choosing between the two techniques.
- Learn how to practice judgment skills to help lower risk and increase enjoyment.
If you are not a beginner, you may register for the Continue2ride Course. You may join the Continue2ride practice session before you get your learners permit. However, for the street riding practice you must have your motorcycle learners permit. The prerequisite for the Continue2ride Course are the skills practiced in the Begin2ride Course (sessions 1, 2, and 3, or equivalent). If you are not a Begin2ride graduate, no problem, please go ahead and register if you already have the equivalent skill of our Begin2ride graduates. You Do Not need street experience to attend the Continue2ride program!
The self-study/home practice includes on-street riding, so you must have completed the written test at the DMV and
have your motorcycle learners permit (or license)
to ride on the street. No appointment is necessary for the written test.
